ANTEA Cement Sh.A is 80% owned by TITAN Group and is one of the biggest investments with the highest standards applied in terms of construction and operation in Albania. The plant is located at Boka e Kuqe, Borizane which is 50 km away from Tirana, the capital city of Albania.

The plant serves not only local market demands in Albania but exports clinker and cement to Egypt, Montenegro, Lybia, and Italy. TITAN Albania owns cement import and distribution terminals in Durres and Vlore - the two biggest ports in the country.

In 2016, TITAN Group concluded an agreement to acquire an equity stake in Companhia Industrial de Cimento Apodi, a Brazilian cement manufacturer operating in the state of Ceará in Northeast Brazil. Through a joint venture agreement, Cimento Apodi will be jointly owned and controlled on a 50/50 basis by the Dias Branco Group and TITAN Group.

Cimento Apodi’s assets include an integrated cement plant in Quixeré and a grinding cement plant in Pecém port, close to the city of Fortaleza. It has a production capacity of more than 2 million tons of cement per year.
