The TITAN Group operates in Bulgaria through the following companies:

Zlatna Panega Cement AD– this is the legal entity for our cement and concrete operations. Zlatna Panega Cement AD owns a cement plant in the Zlatna Panega village and 8 ready-mix concrete plants in 4 big cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and Veliko Tarnovo.

Gravel and Sand Pits Bulgaria EAD– A 100% subsidiary of Zlatna Panega Cement AD, which in a joint venture with other companies, operates 12 quarries for sand, gravel, and crushed stone. The company alone has concessions for the extraction of aggregates in the region of Kremikovtsi - Sofia Municipality and the Municipality of Slivnitsa and a permit for extraction of gravel and sand from the Danube River, Pirgovo Municipality.

GAEA (Green Alternative Energy Assets) EAD – established in 2011, GAEA is a subsidiary of the TITAN Group in Bulgaria. The effective operation of the subsidiary company of GAEA has established innovative services in waste management, utilization of materials and production of alternative fuels. In the premises of the Zlatna Panega plant, the company operates an installation for the production of Processed Engineer Fuel (PEF), utilized as an alternative fuel in the kilns.
