TITAN Zlatna Panega welcomed partners and customers at its production plant for a dedicated event marking the official launch of its first-ever loyalty initiative for bagged cement – “TITANS Club.”
The event brought together construction professionals, contractors, and key partners, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building closer, more value-driven relationships with its customers. Guests had the opportunity to learn more about the mechanics of the program, explore its benefits, and engage directly with the TITAN team.
“TITANS Club” introduces an innovative approach to customer engagement in the cement industry in Bulgaria. Designed specifically for masters and construction crews, the program enables participants to collect reward points (“Titanki”) with every purchase of bagged cement and redeem them for a range of practical rewards, including fuel vouchers, tools, and workwear.
During the event, the Behar Disha, General manager of the company in Bulgaria emphasized that the initiative goes beyond a commercial campaign - it is a strategic step toward deeper customer understanding, enhanced service, and long-term partnership.
