Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD is a subsidiary of TITAN Bulgaria which is part of TITAN Group. The company owns and operates concrete plants in three Bulgarian cities: Sofia, Plovdiv and Veliko Tarnovo. There are plans to grow the business in the near future in order to cover other major cities like Burgas, Rouse, Pazardzhik, Stara Zagora and Pernik.
Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD operates three modern central mix plants (CMPs) in Sofia:
- CMP Sofia Airport (mixer capacity: 2.25 m³; mixer output: 80 m³/h)
- CMP Voenna Rampa (mixer capacity: 2.25 m³; mixer output: 80 m³/h)
- CMP Vrazhdebna (mixer capacity: 1 m³; mixer output: 60 m³/h)
To be able to provide high quality of service for all local clients, the Sofia concrete plants have 17 transit mixers with a capacity of 7 to 10 m³ and six concrete pumps of varying lengths (32 to 52 m) as well as a 200-metre Putzmeister boom pump with a pumping rate of 70 m³/h. The company can also supply a truck mixerconcrete pump of the Putzmeister PUMI® brand if required. Each Sofia plant is equipped with a heating installation and indoor silos allowing for delivery of top quality concrete even in cold weather conditions.
Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD has two modern central mix plants (CMPs) in Plovdiv:
- CMP Buxton Brothers (mixer capacity: 3.3 m³; mixer output: 110 m³/h)
- CMP Voivodinovo (mixer capacity: 1 m³; mixer output: 40 m³/h)
The Plovdiv plants have seven transit mixers with a capacity of 7 to 10 m³ and two 36-metre concrete pumps of the Putzmeister brand to ensure high quality of service for all local clients. CMP Buxton Brothers has a warehouse for aggregates and can operate in cold weather conditions.
Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD owns a single central mix plant (CMP) in Veliko Tarnovo:
- CMP Nikola Gabrovski Boulevard
The plant is equipped with an indoor Liebherr mixer with a capacity of 2 m³ and 80 m³/h output permitting work in cold weather conditions.
In order to ensure high quality of service for all Veliko Tarnovo clients, Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD has five transit mixers with a capacity of 7 to 10 m³ and two concrete pumps: a 42-metre Putzmeister and a 36-metre Swing.
In addition, Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD owns and operates two portable concrete plants specifically designed for large construction projects, each of them equipped with a mobile laboratory certified to conduct all required testing. Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD has considerable experience installing and managing portable concrete plants. The latest major projects featuring the expertise of Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD are Trakia Motorway, Struma Motorway and IKEA Store Bulgaria, among others.
Concrete production at the cement plants of Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD is completely automatic and controlled by a software system which guarantees security in terms of quality and availability. Thanks to the technology and capacity of the cement plants and the know-how of TITAN Group, Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD always provides top quality concrete of all types, strictly complying with national and European standards. The dosage of chemical admixtures is subject to automatic control allowing for custom-made recipes in accordance with clients’ specific requirements in terms of concrete density, freeze-thaw resistance, etc.

In particular, Zlatna Panega Beton EOOD offers the following classes of concrete:
- compressive strength class: B7.5, B10, B12.5, B15, B20, B25, B30, B35, B40, B45, B50, B60;
- consistence class: S1, S2, S3 and S4;
- custom recipes in line with individual client requirements.
