In June 2018, TITAN Zlatna Panega received a certificate for “A Company Giving Wings to the Bulgarian Education”. The contest for businesses, that have significant contribution to the Bulgarian education, was initiated by the Centre for Inclusive Education and held in May during the “Days of Inclusion 2018: Give Them Wings” campaign. With the contest, the Centre aims to encourage and promote the best practices of the business for supporting the Bulgarian education. TITAN Bulgaria’s nomination came from Teach for Bulgaria for the long-term partnership between the company and Teach for Bulgaria foundation in providing access to quality education for every child. Since 2013, TITAN has been giving supporting the organization both financially and by actively involving its team in voluntary educational initiatives organized by the teachers and schools in the Lovech region.

Thanks to the company's support, a total of 19 motivated young people, carefully selected by Teach for Bulgaria have been working as teachers since the start of the project in 2013. They have contributed to the development of over 500 socially disadvantaged families in five primary schools in the Lovech region. During a two-year program of the Teach for Bulgaria, teachers focus their efforts to improve functional literacy, entrepreneurial and communicative skills of their students. TITAN Bulgaria follows and supports the initiatives and projects of those of them who remain active advocates of education in the region after the end of the program.
