On May 16^th2014 TITAN Bulgaria has celebrated its 10^thanniversary in the region of Zlatna Panega where TITAN has acquired the cement plant. The employees of the company and their families, as well as representatives of the local community, stakeholders, and friends, were invited to the big party. The celebration started with a sports tournament in football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis which took place in the sports hall in Yablanitsa. All players were rewarded and received a certificate.

At the same time on the territory of the plant in Zlatna Panega other participants in the celebration planted flowers while the children of the employees were entertained by the popular Bobby Show songs and games.

Other kids participated in a contest for chalk pictures on the asphalt while the biggest enthusiasts were part of a chess tournament against the 12 years old Gabriela Antova, European chess champion in her age group.

The chess games finished with 10 victories and one draw for Gabriela. All participants got professional chess boards and set of pieces as a reward. As a token of the support of Zlatna Panega Cement AD for helping popularize chess all over Bulgaria Mr. Alexander Chakmakov, the General Manager of TITAN Bulgaria, received a cup from Dr. Mihail Iliev, chairman of the Bulgarian Chess Federation.

The official part of the event in the plant in Zlatna Panega was opened with a greeting speech of Mr. Alexander Chakmakov to all guests who assured them that TITAN Bulgaria will continue investing in the country and will keep contributing to the wellbeing of the community where the company operates. For all guests who wanted to see the production part of the cement plant, there was a special tour with a guide to show them around the plant. In the afternoon all guests enjoyed music and dancing and some BBQ. All who attended the event received gifts from the company.
