Zlatna Panega Cement AD, a subsidiary of TITAN Group and a leading producer of building materials in Bulgaria, is currently searching for a highly motivated professional to join our team in Finance and fulfill the role of:

Tax Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in tax laws and evaluate their potential impact on the business;
• Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance in accordance with regulations;
• Prepare and submit direct and indirect tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT, and withholding tax;
• Support internal and external audits with thorough documentation and effective communication with auditors and tax authorities;
• Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with intercompany transactions.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field;
• Strong knowledge of local tax legislation;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the tax field, including corporate tax, VAT, and application of Double Taxation Treaties (DTT);
• Very good written and spoken English skills;
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities;
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to tight deadlines;
• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset;
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office;
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is a plus.
