Zlatna Panega Cement AD, a subsidiary of TITAN Group and a leading producer of building materials in Bulgaria, is currently searching for a highly motivated professional to join our team in Finance and fulfill the role of:

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manages customer programs. Plans and anticipates customer needs
  • Develops and recommends short-term and long-term sales plans for assigned territory to meet regional targets
  • Provides supervisors with forecast and budget recommendations for territory and other reporting as requested
  • Builds and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with present and prospective customers
  • Follows up and analyzes the market trends; proactively reaching out for new sales opportunities
  • Promotes and offers the appropriate concrete products and services according to the customers’ needs
  • Coordinates the deliveries and monitors the payments
  • Gathers and processes customers’ feedback in order to improve the provided services
  • Deals with customer complaints and ensure the issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Maintains ongoing contact with the company’s clients within the assigned territory, analyzes their upcoming needs, and ensures high-quality customer service
  • Achieves planned sales volumes and meets the defined targets for the department and assigned region
  • Monitors market trends and gathers information on new sites, clients, and products
  • Focuses on retaining existing clients while actively seeking and attracting new customers
  • Coordinates deliveries with dispatchers and collects and processes feedback received from them
  • Monitors clients’ outstanding obligations on an ongoing basis
  • Assists in clarifying and resolving customer complaints and claims
  • Participates in regular meetings and prepares operational forecasts, analyses, reports, and presentations
